Directions to Hamden Office:

From the North: Take 91 south to exit 10. Take route 40 connector to the end. Take a left on Route 10 ( Whitney Ave. ). The office will be 0.5 miles on the left in the Whitney Medical Center .

From the South: Take 91 north to exit 10. Take route 40 connector to the end. Take a left on Route 10 ( Whitney Ave. ). The office will be 0.5 miles on the left in the Whitney Medical Center .

From the West: Take the Merrit Parkway (Route 15) to exit 61/Whitney avenue. Turn right on Whitney Avenue (Route 10). The office will be 0.5 miles on the right in the Whitney Medical Center .

From the East:  Take route 80 to 91 north to exit 10. Take route 40 connector to the end. Take a left on Route 10 ( Whitney Ave. ). The office will be 0.5 miles on the left in the Whitney Medical Center .

Directions to Bristol Office:

From the south: Take Interstate 84 east to exit 33 onto route 72 west. Take North Washington street exit and take a right at end of ramp. Drive on N. Washington street (rt. 177) for approximately 1 mile and take a left on Scott Swamp road (Route 6). Drive approximately 3 miles as Scott Swamp road becomes Farmington Ave. The office is on the left at 160 Farmington Ave, across the street from Olympia Sports.

From the North: Take interstate 84 west to exit 38 (route 6). Drive 8.6 mile and the office is located on the left directly across the street from Olympia Sports.
